1. Use of the Service
Guess The City is a game designed for personal entertainment. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the app.
2. Purchases
The Service may offer in-app purchases.
- Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- Any purchased content is delivered immediately after successful payment.
3. Subscriptions
If the Service offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
4. Game Content
All game content, including maps, visuals, and gameplay elements, is provided for personal use only.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or modify game content
- Use the content for commercial purposes
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
